Mowify is a subscription tool that measures lawns from aerial imagery and turns your pricing rules into instant quotes for your customers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Lawn measurements are intelligent estimates produced from third-party aerial imagery and mapping data. They are not a survey and not a legal property boundary. Imagery age, tree cover, shadow, new construction and unclear boundaries all affect the result, which is why every measurement carries a confidence indicator and a manual correction tool. You are responsible for reviewing measurements before committing to a price, and Mowify is not liable for a quote you issue on the basis of an uncorrected estimate.

Your 7-day trial requires a card. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, we will automatically charge that card for the plan you chose, and every month after that until you cancel.

• The trial starts when you enter your card and lasts 7 days. Nothing is charged on day one.
• We email you a reminder before the trial ends, stating the date and the amount.
• Cancel any time in Billing before the trial ends and you are charged nothing at all.
• After the trial, the plan renews monthly at the advertised price until cancelled.

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and include a fixed monthly measurement allowance.
• Measurements beyond your allowance are blocked until the allowance resets or you upgrade.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period and you are not charged again.
• If a payment fails we retry and email you; if it stays unpaid, measuring pauses until the card is updated.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by UK consumer law — but if you were charged in error or never used the period, email rroruman@gmail.com and we will refund it.

• Use the widget only on websites you own or operate for your own lawn-care business.
• Do not scrape, resell or bulk-measure properties unrelated to genuine customer quotes.
• Do not attempt to bypass allowances, rate limits or authentication.

You retain ownership of your customer and pricing data. We process homeowner data as your processor, as set out in the Data Processing Statement and the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your account data from the dashboard at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
